Ava at Atrium was absolutely wonderful! The environment is so clean, modern, and welcoming—you immediately feel relaxed and inspired the moment you walk in. During my hair service, I had the most gorgeous view of downtown Lancaster, and the head massage was pure bliss. Ava’s attention to detail and calming presence made the entire experience feel luxurious from start to finish. I left not only loving my hair but also feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Atrium Lancaster was such a calming, luxurious experience from start to finish. I did the Atrium Signature Head Spa, and it was worth every minute. The space itself is peaceful and beautifully designed — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The treatment was incredibly thoughtful and thorough: scalp massage, halo waterfall rinse, hydro-dhara, restorative hair mask, steam eye mask, and neck/shoulder massage. Everything flowed seamlessly, and nothing felt rushed. The scalp massage alone melted all the tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. My scalp felt deeply cleansed (without being stripped), my hair was soft and healthy afterward, and I left feeling genuinely restored — not just pampered, but relaxed in a way that lingered. The staff was professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about scalp health and comfort. If you’re looking for a true self-care experience — not just a service — Atrium Lancaster absolutely delivers. I will 100% be back.

This was my first visit to Atrium, but it will not be my last! Ava was absolutely AMAZING! She has a kind and gentle spirit that made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The space is beautifully decorated and very inviting. I highly recommend giving Atrium a try for a little pampering and self care. Thank you Ava!!!

I got the Refresh Head Spa package with Amanda and it was lovely! Amanda made sure all my needs were met and answered all of my questions. The service was lovely. My scalp felt amazing after and my hair was so soft! I loved the shoulder massage as well.

This was my first visit to Atrium. I highly recommend it! I got the refresh head spa package! Literally the most relaxing thing I have ever done! Ava was amazing, informative and spin tune with her client! If you know someone who deserves the most relaxing experience send them here!

From the moment I entered the spa, I felt peaceful. Atrium is beautifully decorated, very clean, and smelled wonderful. I was treated with care from the moment I booked my Signature Spa Treatment, until the very end. There was clear communication regarding parking, security and other details. My Signature Spa treatment included head, neck, shoulder and hand massage, using scents and products specific to my needs and likes. Every time I thought we were nearing the end, a new sensation began. It’s difficult to describe what this did for my body, soul and spirit! Ava was intentional about every step, from start to finish. I rate this a 12 out of 10!

I had an amazing experience at atrium. I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and wanted to get in before it would be uncomfortable to lay on my back for a long period of time, it was perfect timing! My hair is refreshed and so soft. I had the signature and added on a mini facial and jelly mask. It was very relaxing and the smells were so good and not overbearing.

LIFE CHANGING. I'm a little dramatic, but when I tell you that this experience was hands down the best spa experience I have had to date, I am not exaggerating. From booking to check out - the lovely folks at Atrium know how to make the entire experience truly relaxing. Scheduling was a breeze, they had great communication leading up to and during the appointment, and spared no detail. The scalp treatment. My friend and I got a double signature package, we both have different hair types and needs. They tailored our experience to suit our individual needs. During the consultation they talk to you about your concerns and show you with a magnifying camera what your skin/scalp condition is before treatment and after. Which truly solidified how incredible the treatment was. Not only was it relaxing, my skin felt so clean after. What really blew my mind is the day after wash - my hair STILL feels incredible. It was like a total reset. The life and bounce is back in my hair. So if you are feeling in need of a total refresh for your hair or simply just want to relax - you have to check out Atrium. 10/10 will definitely be going back.

From the moment I walked in, the experience felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. It was truly five-star treatment from start to finish. I never felt rushed, and Cady took her time asking questions and addressing my aging hair concerns before getting started, which made the whole appointment feel personalized and attentive. The scalp analysis was weirdly cool. Seeing the before-and-after difference up close was interesting and made the results feel even more real. The relaxation factor was perfection. The back and shoulder massage was wonderful, and the scalp massage was next level— gently tingly and incredibly soothing. I didn’t realize how relaxing a scalp treatment could be until this experience. The appointment wraps up with a beautiful blowout that really shows off the results. My hair looked shiny, healthy, and full of bounce, and the blowout even lasted a couple of days, which was an unexpected bonus. If you’re looking for the perfect self-care treat or a gift idea that feels a little different, this is absolutely worth trying. It’s a relaxing, restorative experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Already looking forward to my next visit!
